Choosing the correct veterinarian to work with your small animals and companion pets is an important decision. At Ortega Animal Care Center (OACC) in San Juan Capistrano we understand that you want someone that cares for your pets just the way that you do, and that is something you will find throughout our vet staff as well as our support staff.
With years of experience in small animal practice our vets are able to care for any companion pet or small animal. In addition both of the veterinarians with the practice have different areas of specialization. This includes small animal medicine and surgical procedures, internal medicine, pet reproductive services and preventative care for young animals through to senior pets.
When you first bring you pet into our San Juan Capistrano facility you will be greeted by one of our receptionists. You will be asked to a client registration form which can be downloaded and completed prior to arrival. We also provide a form online for you to help us to get to know your pet including his or her past medical issues.
You and your pet will be welcomed to the facility and your pet will be thoroughly examined. A veterinarian will meet with you and your pet to provide vaccinations, a check-up and, of course, to answer any questions you may have about health issues, diet, exercise or other concerns you may have.
Once you have made your first visit with our vet you will also be provided with information on the other services we can provide for your pet. This includes grooming, dog play groups and even a luxurious pet hotel and spa to truly pamper your pet.
For more information on the vet services we provide or out other pet friendly options give us a call, we would be happy to answer any questions on how we can help your pet.
